Ronald H. Miller, Managing Director 

Ron Miller is Managing Director and co-founder of Prisma Advisors, LLC a management advisory firm focused on working with select senior leaders to create sustainable, long term value for their enterprise.  Prior to forming Prisma, Ron was President and Chief Executive Officer of Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings, Inc., a Fortune 1000 producer of biofuels and food products from agricultural feed stocks which he helped start in 1981.

Ron has over four decades experience in the energy industry, the last thirty years in alternative energy and biofuels.  He possesses vast experience in sales, marketing, logistics, finance, investor relations, capital markets, business development, governmental affairs, environmental protection, leadership development and general management at the highest level.  He was a founding member of the Renewable Fuels Association, the national trade association of the domestic ethanol industry and remains its longest serving Chairman ever. For his work in developing Aventine and the ethanol industry in general, Ron was named Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year for Energy in 2006 by Ernst and Young.  He is also Chairman of the Board of Progressive Health Systems, Inc and a Director of Herget Bank, N.A. 

 Miller graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and received his Masters degree in Business Administration in 1989 from the University of Illinois


Roger Bushue, Managing Director

Roger Bushue is Managing Director and co-founder of Prisma Advisors, LLC a management advisory firm focused on working with select senior leaders to create sustainable, long term value for their enterprise.  Prior to forming Prisma, Roger was Vice President for Business Resources and Administration at Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings, Inc, a Fortune 1000 producer of biofuels and food products from agricultural feed stocks.

Roger has over 40 years of operational and administrative experience up from the factory floor through the executive level.  He possesses a strong talent for solving management problems and bringing diverse interests together.  Throughout his career Roger has directly managed or had oversight responsibility for plant operations, maintenance, quality control, plant startups, staffing, training, human resources, labor contracts, insurance, benefits, real estate, information technology, organizational development and administration.  

Through this wide range of experiences across the business spectrum, Roger is uniquely positioned to understand issues from different perspectives and quickly arrive at positive, sustainable outcomes.  In addition to his business responsibilities, Roger served on the Board of Directors of the American Coalition for Ethanol, a grass roots organization dedicated to the use of home-grown alternative energy as a replacement for imported fossil fuels.
